Degrees of Reading Power (DRP) Tabular School Summaries: 2006-07
The DRP tabular school summaries below display in table format the distribution of Independent level DRP scores by grade level for all students, for fluent English proficient students, and for English learners. They display the number and percentage of students at each DRP level for each grade of grades 4-8. The first page displays results for all tested students, the second page displays results for fluent English proficient students, and the third page displays results for English learners. At the bottom of each page, the reports display the number and percentage of students scoring in each of the grade-level expectation categories.

Elementary

Spring		 Elementary schools are schools with grade ranges that fall entirely within K-6.
Middle Level
Fall
Spring		 Middle Level schools are schools with grade ranges that fall entirely within 6-9.
Senior High
Fall
Spring		 Senior High schools are schools with grade ranges that fall entirely within 9-12.
Atypical
Fall
Spring		 Atypical schools are schools with grade ranges that do not fall entirely within any of the above categories. For example, a K-8 school is considered an atypical school.
Alternative
Fall
Spring		 Alternative schools are schools that serve students with special needs or require special considerations. These include special education, continuation, opportunity, independent study, and community day schools.
